Support When You Need It
We want our Socialites to know they are never alone. No one needs to be in this world alone, and with the number of support options out there at the moment, you can search for one you’re comfortable with. If you’ve sought help in the past and not felt satisfied, keep trying. Because someone will listen.
On this page, you can find a list of helplines and information sources to learn more about mental health, seek help, read real-life experiences, and get support in times of distress. You can follow any of these links to resource pages, or call the phone numbers provided to talk to a professional.
Apart from these services, speaking with a trusted friend or family member can work with a lot of people. As well as finding a psychologist in your area, and speaking through your issues in person.
Seeking help and support is something always to be proud of.
Please note, iSocialCircle.com do not provide crisis support. Please see our list of mental health contacts below for the right support when you need it.
